Another exciting opportunity to work for a top legal firm who are seeking a corporate receptionist.

Salary: €30k – Location: Dublin 14 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Provide a professional and personable service to all clients
  • Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements
  • Operating a busy switch board and directing calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Booking taxi services
  • Weekly reporting to Head of Premises
  • Become actively involved in the organisation and management of ad hoc events
  • Candidates must hold a leaving certificate or equivalent, a recognised secretarial course and three years relevant experience, preferably in a third level environment.
