Salary: €35k - €40k – Location: Dublin 2
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Meeting and greeting clients
Provide a professional and personable service to all clients
Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements
Operating a busy switch board and directing calls in a positive and professional manner
Booking taxi services
Weekly reporting to Head of Premises
Become actively involved in the organisation and management of ad hoc events
Candidates must hold a leaving certificate or equivalent, a recognised secretarial course and three years relevant experience, preferably in a third level environment.
