Customer Service Administrator – Dublin South (12 month Contract)

This is a great opportunity to work with a not for profit organisation that makes a real difference.
The role will involve contacting existing customer base to update internal database. You will be responsible for documenting and recording all information through CRM system and MS excel. You will complete daily / weekly reports on all activity

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6-12 months customer service experience ideally in a call centre environment with a good knowledge of MS Office.
Have a flexible approach to work and working hours as occasional evening and / or weekend work may be required.
