Another exciting opportunity with an Insurance company who are seeking a Personal Assistant for a permanent position to support the Managing Director within their Dublin office.
Salary - €30k - €40k Location – South Dublin
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
Co-ordinate staff meetings, take minutes
Point of contact for all system approvals
Must have experience with dictaphone typing 70 – 80 WPM
Applicant for this require 2 – 4 years or more in a Personal Assistant position, ideally within Financial or Insurance industry experience. Confidentiality and the ability to prioritise are skills required for this role.
