Job description

Duties 

  •  Reply to inquiries from customers  and wholesale agents on goods (stock availability, expected delivery date and client´s order status) 
  • Handle the entire process customers’ order to the final delivery (credit limits, product availability, miss-shipments)
  • Collaborate with wholesale agents and F&A for credit limit issues
  • Keep track of open orders from customers in coordination with the distribution planning and keep customers and wholesale agent informed
  • Manage orders from customers (entering in the ERP system, managing payment conditions, checking pricing, date of delivery)


Professional capabilities & Personal Competencies:

  • Previous experience in a B2B Customer Service position
  • MS Office (excellent Excel skills) 
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong Customer Orientation & Drive
  • Fleunt in French, German and English
