Temp Planning & Logistics Administrator

Job description


Duties and Responsibilities:

-Comply with all Site Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) requirements and improvement programmes related to the Logistics and Planning functions
-Report Near Misses, Safety Observations, incidents and accidents to site management as soon as possible
-Maintain a safe working area in the Logistics & Planning office
-Comply with any relevant Procedures to maintain Plant ISO status

-Data entry in to plant
-Shipment data
-Planning & forecast data
-Raw material orders & inventory controls
-Logistics
-Booking-in of materials
-Shipment details/records
-Planning
-Raw material disposition
-Liasion with suppliers

-Work with Production, as required, to analyse process improvement opportunities
-Review & implement ECO (spec changes) as required

Qualifications 

-Two years experience in an admintrative office environment
-Competent in Microsoft Office
-Communication skills both written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with colleagues & plant management
