HR Administrator 6-month contract
Salary: €26,000 - €32,000

You will be working within a team of two reporting directly to the HR Generalist where you will look after a team of 45 in Dublin. This is a global brand with branches based in Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong and Japan and you will link in with the international offices too expanding your international HR and employment law knowledge.
A full range of HR admin tasks including: Onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, updating the HR system, tracking absentees, correspondence, emails. Drafting contracts. Signing up for healthcare, pensions, insurance, drafting job descriptions, liaising with managers, background checks, HR reports.
- At least 6 months HR experience.
- Preferably within a Financial Services or professional services setting.
- Graduates with an HR internship will be considered.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
