Have you got 3 years + as a PA? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a Global Organisation? Our client is a market leader and they are currently seeking to hire a Personal Assistant / Administrator.

This will be a fast paced and varied role, you will co-ordinate with the management team on strategic projects to ensure objectives are achieved.

  • Liaise with group and global division of the business.
  • Schedule meeting, co-ordinate agendas and diary management
  • Screen calls and manage all queries
  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations
  • Event management

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with advanced MS Office skills.
