An Irish Start-Up in the Digital Consultancy Industry is looking to bring on board somebody into their Sales Team. This would suit a Sales Executive with digital experience or a hungry, driven sales professional with Sales Development experience ready to take the next step.
The role will be Full Sales Cycle and, as with all start-ups, will have lots of variety including Lead Generation (think Social Selling and SalesNav), Customer Facing Meetings, Solution Sales and Account Management!
You will be joining a company who are nearly 2 years old - currently selling into the Irish market and plans to expand into the UK and US Markets in the next couple of years. The offices are based in Sandyford - right next door to the Friday market!
On a day to day basis, you will be generating leads (by being as creative as possible), reaching out to prospects to pitch a range of solutions including complete digital architectures (websites, CRM Systems, GDPR Audits, data systems to create dashboards and reports), find out their challenges and sell them Solutions. You will also be managing some current clients - keeping everything ticking over to retain and grow accounts. You can also use your creative side and will be involved in social media, online postings, blogging, etc to create awareness of the Solutions you can offer and to initiate some Inbound Leads.

The package for this role will depend on experience as the company are very open - they are looking for the right person to help them grow the business. Base Salary from €30k - €45k with commission potential on top (€60k - €90k OTE). They would love somebody with a Business Qualification - but if you don't have 3rd Level and learned your Sales Skills in the office, we are happy to discuss with you also!
