Document Specialist

Job description

My client is looking for a skilled administrator to assist the Document Team with various duties during the busy summer period. 

This role would suit anybody coming from an admin background or legal secretary/PA etc who is available immediately. 

Please note this is a contract role for 3 months


  • Archiving of Documents in the Document store
  • Aid the staff in moving documents 
  • Removal of Documents Offsite
  • Perform steps in the upgrade of controlled documents
  • General admin activities with the team 
  • Raising Purchase Orders for the Quality Group
  • General Admin for the Quality Group

Skills needed

  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Organisational Skills
  • Competent computer skills
