My client is looking for a skilled administrator to assist the Document Team with various duties during the busy summer period.
This role would suit anybody coming from an admin background or legal secretary/PA etc who is available immediately.
Please note this is a contract role for 3 months
- Archiving of Documents in the Document store
- Aid the staff in moving documents
- Removal of Documents Offsite
- Perform steps in the upgrade of controlled documents
- General admin activities with the team
- Raising Purchase Orders for the Quality Group
- General Admin for the Quality Group
- Good Communication skills
- Good Organisational Skills
- Competent computer skills
- Leaving Certificate
