Due to expansion, a market leading financial services provider has 3 customer service jobs available in South Dublin.
The jobs will involve the customer service representatives fielding incoming calls from customers and brokers while carrying out changes to ploicies in line with requests. Contact will also be established through email and web chat.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a financial services environment, preferably in a customer facing role.
Excellent customer service skills are required along with a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ideally a candidate will have achieved QFA status or be working toward the same.
This job requires the successful candidates to hold a minimum of 2 honours in Leaving Certificate subjects or a Bachelors degree.
