Job description

Sandyford based client is seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent position that will offer excellent benefits. 

 

As Personal Assistant, you will take on duties to include:

  • Extensive diary management and appointment booking
  • Meeting coordination to include scheduling, room booking, agenda preparation, catering, logistics, AV / tech.
  • Minute taking and dismmenation and follow up of same
  • Document preparation - typing and proofing
  • Correspondence and email management
  • Travel management and booking
  • Expense and credit card management 
  • Expert administrative support 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years demonstrable Personal Assistant experience
  • Experience in managing a very busy diary - have experience with managing scheduling conflicts with ease
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and people skills
  • Ability to use tact, discretion and initiative
  • Strong experience in the MS Office Suite and Outlook

 

Desirable:

  • A background in construction, property or real estate
