German Customer specialist with Marketing and Events (12-month contract)

This is a brand-new position, working with a fun and passionate team who are looking to build on the success of their German sector. Within this position, you will have the opportunity to support some of the most successful team members in the company with resolving complex queries by, phone, email and chat. You will get the opportunity to support the team by identifying new ideas and ways to improve their service. This role will also allow you to show your marketing skills as you will provide marketing materials for events, help with their social media content, attend events in Germany for the sales team and providing support.

For this role, you ideally will have experience within Customer Service, Marketing, social media, events. You will have a self-motivated approach, ‘can do’ attitude, be native or C1 Level in German and if you have any French speaking/writing skills then this would be an advantage.

This 12-month contract has a very high possibility of going permanent and therefore is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
