Senior AP and AR Executive - D1- 40-45K - MNC exp

Job description

My client a leading multi-national Near the IFSC currently have a requirement for an experience AP and AR Candidate with 3 years strong experience

• Provides regional business support for core activities within the Shared Service Center
• Understands and/or able to learn integration within/across the A2R, P2P and O2C processes to maintain internal controls
• Supports expansion within the Regional SSC, including documentation, training etc
• Reviews monthly metrics compiled for areas of responsibility, provides analysis of trends etc
• Supports customer issue escalation processes
• Coordinates off cycle payment processing and supports month end reconciliations
• Identifies and supports improvements in customer communications etc
• Responsible for AR collections across EMEA & aging metrics and dashboard
• Assist Business Support Manager in special projects, including but not limited to strategic initiatives and software implementations


• 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience must be within a multi-national environment
• Experience working across OTC, and P2P process streams
• Experience in project & change management preferred
• Experience with accounting and financial systems, preferably Oracle
• Experience in process improvement and application systems implementation
