Recruitment Manager – Dublin
Currently hiring for a Recruitment Manager for South Dublin outsourced service provider. The successful candidate will have several years’ recruitment experience and will also have some people management experience.
You will be responsible for a small team working closely with HR, although there is great potential for this team to grow in the short to medium term.
This job has great potential for development in a company that puts a focus on developing employees. Recruitment is seen as a valued function within the organisation and works closely with a supportive HR team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Recruitment experience across multiple sectors ideally. Or experience recruiting for Technical or Engineering roles. Approx. 5 years+
- Large scale recruitment experience – experience working on large recruitment projects or in any high volume recruitment role.
- People Management – Some people management experience is required.
- Strong communication skills – stakeholder management and international reporting. You will be working with several internal Hiring Managers and will need to be able to build strong relationships to be able to partner with them effectively.
