Executive Assistant Main Duties :
Diary maintenance for the Managing Director including responsibility for the scheduling and management of appointments and meetings and travel arrangements.
First point of contact for liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff members.
Drafting reports and emails on behalf of the Managing Director.
Dealing in a responsible and professional and confidential manner on all duties.
Attending and taking minutes at meetings.
Any other duties, which may be assigned from time-to-time by the MD.
Required Education and Experience:
Self-motivated and energetic and possess an excellent organisational and time management skills and can work on own initiative
At least five years’ experience in an administrative role supporting a senior manager
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Global travel arrangements experience required
Can quickly learn the firm's systems and processes
Possess a high level of integrity and trust with confidential information
