The Firm

An employer of choice, this company are known for enhancing professional development throughout all levels. The business offers services across Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance and Risk. They are seeking a strong Accounts Administrator to join their close knit team. Flexible working hours are on offer.

 

Responsibilities include:
· Managing investor correspondence to include preparation of mail merges and dealing with investor queries
· Typing reports, memos, letters, fees, minutes etc.
· Raising invoices and daily postings to management accounts
· Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
· Preparation of audit file for company audit
· Assistance in preparation of audit files for Fund audits
· Liaising with trustees of Funds
· Assisting in preparation of prospectus, marketing and PR campaign etc
· Assisting in preparation of Central Bank returns
· General office duties (answering phone, filing, opening post etc.).


Experience, Skills and Qualifications Needed:
· Strong Microsoft Office Skills e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
· Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
· The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
