Facilities Coordinator - DUBLIN NORTH

Job description

Role :

  • Ensure Client maintenance tasks are scheduled within agreed Service Levels
  • Act as point of contact for internal maintenance services at Client sites
  • Ensure reports are issued to agreed Service Levels
  • Prepare Client Quotes for follow up works
  • Prepare for Client Monthly meetings including drafting the presentation with appropriate data
  • Organise and maintain site specific files to be uploaded to CAFM and/or Cloud
  • Raise Purchase Orders for approval by Engineers
  • Coordinate Sub contractor maintenance visits with Supplier, Engineer and Client requirements
  • Take on ad hoc projects and tasks, as and when required
  • Maintaining various databases
  • Ad hoc reporting and collating information for analysis

Essential:

  • Experience of working in a professional team-based office environment
  • Experience of communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service
  • High level of computer literacy including an excellent working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with an online records system
  • Excellent written and spoken English
