Credit Union Advisor

 

One of the largest Credit Union in Ireland are looking to expand their ever-growing Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities would entail dealing with external stakeholders via the telephone as well as face to face and email.

Other responsibilities:

  • Updating clients with the latest Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies
  • Administrative support such as processing payments
  • Teller duties: client transactions and efficient customer service
  • Foreign Exchange

Idea candidate would have:

  • 1-2 years in Financial Services
  • 3rd level Education in Finance, Business or related
  • Needs to be keen on pursuing banking qualifications in the future
  • Passionate about Customer Service
