In-House Recruiter – Berlin
Growing online company seeking Recruiter for permanent position in Berlin. This is a new role in a growing company supporting a developing market. Great opportunity to grow with us!
- High volume Recruitment, mostly for Sales and Customer Service roles, but also for a variety of other positions as and when required.
- Working with several Hiring Managers in order to support them in building new teams, as well as pipelining for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensuring all recruitment needs are met in line with KPIs.
- Liaising with senior management in order to ensure efficient hiring processes and best practice recruitment.
- Weekly reporting on overall Recruitment performance – time and cost to hire, offer to acceptance ratios, etc.
- This is a 360 Recruitment position; partnering with hiring managers, advertising positions, managing external vendors, CV screening, telephone screening, leading interviews, and negotiating offers.
- This role will be a standalone role in Berlin with international reporting.
- 2 – 4 years’ Recruitment experience – preferably in a similar high volume market – Sales, Office Support, Temps Recruitment, Multilingual, etc.
- In-house recruitment experience beneficial, but successful agency Recruiter, with consistent results hiring for similar roles is also relevant.
- Fluent English and German.
