My e-commerce client in Berlin is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Berlin. You will be the first point of contact for customers and answer their inquiries by phone.
You will help and advice customers on questions about orders, products, payment processing and complaints. You will also work closely with other departments and with the supplier and logistics network.
- Professional experience in the areas of customer service and support, tourism, gastronomy or hotel industry
- You have the ability to handle everything in a dynamic work environment
- You bring a high level of customer orientation - paired with empathy and passion
- You enjoy speaking on the phone and writing e-mails
- You have a friendly, communicative and confident demeanour
- You have strong organization skills and always work reliably and carefully
- You speak fluent German, have excellent written and oral communication skills and can also communicate well in English
