Internal Audit | Internal Controls | 50-60k | Dublin 1
Internal Auditor required to work in logistics company with a friendly and inclusive work environment. The position will be responsible for managing all audits and ensuring full controls and procedures are in place.
You will be working with a well known global company that has a reputation in Dublin for focusing on work-life balance and creating an inclusive team environment based in the City Centre, close to the IFSC. Recognised Audit or Operational Risk experience of 3-5 years will be required, with experience in trade finance being a strong advantage.
- Reviewing all controls and procedures
- Updating and improving areas as required
- Focusing on audits for the company internally
There are great options for progression in this position. It will be starting as a 12-month contract; however, it is very likely to move into a permanent position before the end of the contract if you are successful in the position. The position is likely to develop into a team manager position, so you should be ambitious and possess strong leadership skills.
A background in Audit from a large practice would be preferably, however, alternative audit experience will be considered. Experience in a logistics or manufacturing company would also be suitable for this position.
You should have completed your accountancy qualification, ACA/ACCA/CIMA, and preferably have a 2.1 degree in accountancy, finance or logistics.
