A Dublin City centre client of mine is looking to hire a level 1 support engineer on a rolling contract with a view to going perm. This role is to provide level 1 support internally to their team.
- Provide level 1 support to a global internal office in a quick and efficent manner
- Help ensure all support documents are up to date
- Work with vendors where required to raise tickets
- Help internal users with issues related to hardware
What is required?
- 3+ years experience providing support to end users
- Experience with Office 365
- Excellent communication skills
