One of our clients is looking to expand their customer support team.
-Provide excellent customer service mainly over the phone and sometimes email.
-Analyze the customer experience and proactively suggest changes.
-You’ll be part of a small team that supports customers’ employees with activities such as password requests, nomination and redemption of awards, and other general activities.
-BA/BS degree or equivalent a plus
-Written and oral fluency in Dutch, French and English.
-Able to work through large volumes of emails and application reviews from our customers within specified time frames
-Self-directed, motivated and driven performer
