My client a global Agri Food company require a Fermentation Scientist.
This is an uregnt requirement : Key duties will include :
- Focus on cradle to grave produce & implement them @ production level.
- The ability to isolate andf maintain cultures of microorganisims.
- Profiency is identification & classification of microorganisims.
- Excellent knowledge of fermentation set-up & anaerobic processes.
- Knowledge & industry experience with pilot and/or commercial fermentation.
- Previous experience in the food or drinks industry is required.
- Qualified fermentation scientist & knowledge of industrial processes
- At least 3-4 years of working in an industrial setting.
- Strong planning, decision-making and project management skills.
- Highly organised, with first class attention to detail.
- Ambitious, hardworking and driven to achieve at the highest level.
