Job description

Sigmar Recruitment have a number of exciting Multi-Lingual Customer Service Representative (German speaking) opportunities in both Cork and Limerick. These roles are permanent, offering an attractive salary and working conditions.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provision of exceptional customer service via phone and email

  • Support customers across the globe 

  • Maintain a good balance between productivity and providing a high quality service at all times

  • Outline and raise opportunities for process improvements internally as appropriate

  • Liaise with multiple departments to resolve any issues or queries


Candidate Specification:

  • Third level degree
  • 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and German

  • Good team player

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to solve problems in a professional and efficient manner
