Service Desk Coordinator

Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator for my client who are based in West Dublin.


You will join an IT Managed Services environment and triage and assign service desk cases and schedule these accordingly with engineers.


This will also be a hands-on technical role so I am looking for the following:

  • Proven experience coordinating a team of IT Engineers.
  • Network troubleshooting skills, e.g. DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
  • Understand support tools, for example, previously working with a ticketing system.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.
  • ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment is a plus.
