Job title: HR Business Executive
Reporting into: Financial Controller
Contract type: Permanent
This is a standalone role within a Medical Device company in West Galway. The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily activity of the HR function.
The environment in this company is fast paced, close knit and collaborate with a great working atmosphere.
There is potentially also the option of flexi time for the successful applicant.
The responsibilities of the successful HR Business Executive:
Administer policies, procedures and HR programs.
Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources including; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and ER.
Work closely with Management to implement employee development programmes.
Keep the business up to date on all relevant legislative and best practice changes.
Support the Management Team in creating a positive culture and environment for staff.
Ensure max. efficiency in staffing all departments by driving regular performance appraisals, regularly updating job descriptions and identifying training solutions.
The skills required for this HR Business Executive job:
3 - 5 years Generalist HR experience in a HR Management role, ideally within a Medical Device environment.
Excellent Knowledge of Irish & European Employment Law Practices
A results orientated, problem solving approach

Excellent Documentation Control
