A rare and exciting opportunity has become available with am award winning Tech firm in their Dublin based operation for a career driven Customer Success Manager. A global leader in it’s field, this company has performance and customer service at heart of it business.

The Customer Success Manager works directly with B2B customers to ensure experience with the company and the product is at the highest levels at all times through building relationships and understanding clients’ businesses in a consultative style. This role will work to agreed targets and services levels to ensure customer satisfaction and correct/maximum usage of the product. In addition to this the Customer Success Manager will drive incremental revenue with existing customer accounts and lead regular customer meetings to ensure any addition, specific program requirements are identified and delivered.

Applicant’s for this role will require 5-10 years experience or more large account management experience within a technology or software related field. In addition to this they will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage large complex programs for large global customers. They will also be a proven leader with a track record in multiple team coordination and excellent communications skills.

This is a fast-paced role and the person will need to be comfortable working in a high-intensity, deadline orientated environment. There will be some international travel required for this role.
