I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer, specialising in Avaya products for a top multinational based in Cork. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract initially.
- Installation of Avaya products
- Resolve customer issues through a ticketing system
- Maintenance of IP telephony network
- Training for onsite users
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager administration.
- CM servers.
- Loading software, patching and backups.
- Experience with Linux at command prompt.
- IP phones.
- DHCP, Subnets and VLAN's.
