Technical Support Engineer-Avaya Specialist-Cork

Job description

I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer, specialising in Avaya products for a top multinational based in Cork. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract initially.



  • Installation of Avaya products
  • Resolve customer issues through a ticketing system
  • Maintenance of IP telephony network
  • Training for onsite users


Required experience:

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager administration.
  • CM servers.
  • Loading software, patching and backups.
  • Experience with Linux at command prompt.
  • IP phones.
  • DHCP, Subnets and VLAN's.


This is a 12-month fixed term contract offering a very competitive salary in today's market and benefits to include health insurance from day 1 and a pension.
