Job description

Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities:

Responding to emails and online chat queries from customers
- Managing and resolving customer issues
- Identifying and escalating customer issues to management
- Documenting all information related to customer interactions
- Documenting and alerting the management team on trends in customer queries
- Completing call logs and reports
- Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by management

Customer Service Representative - Requirements:
- Customer service orientation (minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role)
- Computer literate with ability to learn new software applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Patience and attentiveness
- Strong Organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English speaker
