-Liaise between Sales Teams and Contracts Dept on contract handovers
-Prepare monthly valuations on all contracts including variations/extras/claims on projects.
-Month End Paperwork – invoicing, order banks, sales forecasts.
-Contracts correspondence – emails, contract documents etc.
-Attend & minute weekly contracts meetings.
-Ensure action list is executed.
-Liaise with Credit Control on payment and highlight projects on hold due to breach of payment.
-Compile monthly list of installation and issue same to Service Department.
-Compile Manuals on completion of projects
