My client, a leading law firm, are looking for a Senior Messaging Technical Analyst to join their Global Service Management team in Belfast.
You will be responsible for:
- Day to day lead of messaging services.
- Design and continual service improvement for messaging technologies.
- Application and infrastructure support.
- Providing technical leadership on projects.
- 5+ years' experience in a 3rd line role supporting Microsoft Exchange, Kemp load balancers, MobileIron, Mimecast, Websense, Lync and Microsoft Outlook.
- A deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2016.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and networking technologies.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience working in a Global environment will be a plus.
