Senior Messaging Technical Analyst

Job description

My client, a leading law firm, are looking for a Senior Messaging Technical Analyst to join their Global Service Management team in Belfast.

You will be responsible for:

  • Day to day lead of messaging services.
  • Design and continual service improvement for messaging technologies.
  • Application and infrastructure support.
  • Providing technical leadership on projects.


  • 5+ years' experience in a 3rd line role supporting Microsoft Exchange, Kemp load balancers, MobileIron, Mimecast, Websense, Lync and Microsoft Outlook.
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2016.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and networking technologies.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience working in a Global environment will be a plus.
