Senior Customer Service (German)

My client a Cork based Pharmaceutical company require a Senior CS Representative (German)

This is a Full Time Permanent role where key duties include :

  • Monitor and Review Operations across EMEA on a daily basis
  • Develop an expert level of technical and business knowledge of internal systems
  • Respond to and address all Tier 1 iNext queries from customers
  • Post Pay Audit analysis and reporting
  • Credit Card Administration
  • Review and update process flows and SOPs as required
  • In depth knowledge of financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare & action monthly reports
  • Liaise with affiliates re local travel policies and receipt retention
  • Initiate and deliver on proposals to management for process improvement solutions
  • Raise technical issues to appropriate IT teams and monitor same.

Qualifications / Requirements.

  • Part Qualified or Qualified in customer service.
  • Native language capabilities in German
  • 2 Years plus in a similar role
  • Strong finance experience with audit focus
  • Strong experience in 3rd party relationship building & monitoring
  • Strong working knowledge of a Sox environment and related controls
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
