eCommerce Systems Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Websites and eCommerce System
  • Project manage Website and eCommerce enhancements and new developments
  • Subject matter expert on eCommerce and Website support and project delivery
  • Application support and third party liaison and management
  • Adoption of all ITIL and Support processes and procedures
  • Managing third party relationships and support 3rd party software


  • Experience of:

eCommerce support and enhancements

supporting Websites


  • Capable of dealing with suppliers and negotiating contract changes, commercially aware
  • Thorough understanding of project management through all stages of the systems development life-cycle
  • Good planning and business analysis capabilities including developing business cases and re-engineering business processes
  • Formal certification as Project Practitioner, Prince2 or equivalent
  • Experience in Business and Data Analysis discipline
