IT Project Manager - Dublin City Centre

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Technical Project Manager within a young and dynamic Irish company based in Dublin City Centre.

This is an exciting time for our client, they are going through a huge amount of growth. They are currently working with some of the biggest and well-known companies across Ireland, North America, Europe and are now branching into Asia.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will involve managing contracts based in Ireland and the UK.



To ensure the smooth operation and development of key contracts with high profile Companies operating in the transport industry.

To be responsible for the delivery of all system activities for the clients including supporting existing infrastructure, systems and processes. As well as managing new systems and projects within the client portfolio.

Taking primary responsibility for liaising with senior individuals within the client base, and ensure the efficient scheduling and prioritising of all work within this business technical area.

Responsible for best practice project management implementations and delivery of high-quality services within agreed timeframes.

Responsible for the initiation, development and implementation of new systems and services and projects for our clients.

Develop plans for new projects, define training requirements, prepare budgets, implementation schedules, identification of resources, and associated risks for initiatives.

Oversee the implementation of projects including progress assessment, budget tracking, documentation and resolution of challenges when faced.

Overall responsibility for ensuring existing systems and data integrity are maintained, correct procedures are followed and an acceptable level of service.



5+ years of Project Management experience in a similar position.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development methodology.

PRINCE2 Certification is advantageous.

Expert knowledge of Computer User Applications.

Ability to analyse problems, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements.

Experienced project management, documentation and presentation skills.

Third level qualification in Business and/or IT or related discipline.
