About Your New Job
-You will be responsible for the membership department to ensure that it is responsible for attracting as well as retaining members.
-You will be leading a team of 2 people and will be responsible for implementing strategies to ensure that they manage renewals effectively.
-This role will also involve managing the customer relationship management system ensuring that all records of memberships are up to date and accurate.
-Relationship building and development both internally and externally will be a huge aspect of the role.
-You will be expected to attend company events and represent the company to the best of your ability.
What Skills You Need
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people management role.
-Previous experience in a professional membership related role is preferred.
-You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a small team and be able to network effectively.
-You must also have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland.
What’s on Offer
-Salary:70K.
