Marie joined Sigmar in July 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant in the Sales & Marketing division progressing to Principal Consultant within 12 months and then to an Executive Consultant role within the Cork branch. Marie had 4 years prior recruitment experience in Cork and the US. Having worked as a Sales Manager herself for 2 ½ years she has an in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of this arena and what clients look for.

Marie holds a certificate in Social Talent Blue Belt training. Marie is also a member of the National Recruitment Federation of Ireland.
