Marcel, a seasoned recruiter, seamlessly integrates extensive executive search expertise with 13 years of commercial experience in retail. Currently serving as the Regional Manager & Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant at Sigmar Recruitment, he oversees end-to-end recruitment, fosters client relationships, and guides a growing team. Notably, Marcel has also established a profitable international office, showcasing his strategic acumen.

Specializing in recruiting Automation Engineering and Service talent across energy, utilities, semiconductors, and construction, Marcel holds an MSc Degree in IT & Econometrics and a BA Degree in Marketing & Management. His journey with Sigmar Recruitment began in Cork in July 2019.

Outside of his professional role, Marcel is a basketball enthusiast, actively playing and coaching youth teams.
