Relevant background:

Malwina is a Director of Sigmar Recruitment with over 18 years industry experience under her belt. Malwina has successfully built, led, developed and restructured diverse recruitment teams across the business assuring highest quality recruitment solutions both internationally and domestically, for clients across all industry sectors. Malwina is heavily involved at operational and strategic levels across the organisation.

She leads teams of specialist recruiters within Financial Services, Asset Management, Investments, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Office & Administration, HR, Science as well as Manufacturing & Engineering and Supply Chain. She is responsible for People Strategy where she is focusing on driving performance across the board working closely with Managers and individual consultants alike.

Previously Malwina centralised the internal recruitment function for Sigmar spearheading recruitment campaigns and attracting top talent making Sigmar a 150+ people strong business across offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Athlone.

As an Occupational Psychologist Malwina introduced psychometric testing to Sigmar and acts as a subject matter expert both internally and for clients alike.

Malwina is involved in delivery of Talent Summit,  the largest HR conference in Ireland where she speaks at events run in Dublin, Cork and Galway. She is also a frequent contributor on employment, retention, diversity hiring and woman in business topics on radio and press.

Gaining initial recruitment and HR experience in Poland, Malwina relocated to Dublin in 2005 and built her career in Ireland.
