Jennifer Ward is an Associate Director with Sigmar Recruitment responsible for leading the HR and Office Support teams. These teams are experts in their specialities and hold a strong emphasis on Permanent, Temporary and Contract hiring in addition to a focus on excellent service level and compliance.

Jennifer holds a degree in Business & Psychology along with qualifications in Organisational Leadership and Business Administration and Management.

Jennifer personally specialises in Senior HR Recruitment up to and including Director level and specialist roles within General HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Project Management etc. Her experiences ranges across all industries in the Private and Public sectors.
