Relevant Background:

Frank is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Sigmar where he is responsible for a team of over 120 recruitment professionals across 5 offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Tralee, and Waterford.  He was part of the team which completed an MBO in 2009.

Frank is the current President of the National Recruitment Federation since 2016 having previously served as Vice President, Treasurer and committee member since 2011.  As part of the role he represents the Irish recruitment industry with Government and State bodies, at international conferences and think-tanks. He is part of the team that is organising the World Employment Conference in Dublin in 2018 and he is currently helping to drive the first Apprenticeship in Recruitment which is approved to join the National Framework of Qualifications in 2018.  

Frank acted as non-executive director for The People Group 2005 – 2009 (under Newcourt PLC).  He  currently sits on the external interview panel for Dublin City University’s MBA programme, has delivered courses for The Ryan Academy & Smurfit Business School.
