Sigmar Recruitment has today announced the appointment of Mike McDonagh as COO of the company.
Mike is a highly respected industry leader with a significant pedigree in scaling successful recruitment businesses both in the UK and in Ireland. Prior to joining Sigmar in 2020, Mike oversaw the growth of Hays Ireland as its Managing Director. Mike also currently serves on the board of Boardmatch, Ireland’s national corporate governance charity.
