World Mental Health Day at Sigmar

For World Mental Health Day (10/10/19) this year, we opened the conversation up in Sigmar and asked our staff what they do to look after their own mental wellbeing and what advice they would give to others to look after themselves. We encourage all our staff to talk to one another and their managers regularly. We have an open-door policy for issues, ideas, thoughts, concerns – anything! So, we want to encourage the very same concept when it comes to mental health. On this very significant day we wanted to mark it with something and what better way to do so then to talk.

From smiling, to gratitude, to sleeping and having chats with your friend over tea, our staff really have some useful tips on mental wellbeing. It was great to talk to each other about our methods for looking after our mental health and we had a bit of fun doing it too.
