I am an Account Manager for the Managed Services Public Sector Team and I have more than five years of recruitment experience. I graduated with a B.Sc. in Human Resource Management in 2018 and during my time with Sigmar, I completed the National Recruitment Federation’s Recruitment Excellence Programme and I was awarded the Graduate of the Year in 2019.

I specialise in the area of civil service and public sector recruitment, recruiting high-quality candidates for roles from entry to senior management level (Clerical officer to Principal Officer).
I have over five years full cycle recruitment experience managing process’ at each stage of the process, from advertising to onboarding. I have experience recruiting for clients from a wide range of sectors within the civil service, including, HR, Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, IT, Legal, Science, Finance and I have been able to successfully source top talent for clients and provided the best experience possible for candidates to land their ideal job.
In 2021, I was promoted from Recruitment Consultant to Account Manager. As Account Manager, I act as the main point of contact for key high profile clients, developing recruitment strategies and working closely with HR departments and hiring managers to understand and meet their specific needs and building strong relationships in the process.
I also have extensive experience chairing interview panels and worked on over 50 public sector competency-based interview panels, assisting in the selection of top talent for key clients.
