Transfer Agency
Transfer Agency Administrator in the Funds industry is responsible for preparing and maintaining documents and records in relation to shareholder accounts. Key tasks include processing subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, daily cash reconciliation of Investor Services accounts, ensuring that all cash entries are investigated and dealt with, client support etc. They may also be responsible for carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due-Diligence (CDD) checks.
