Sales Manager
Sales Managers are leaders within their respective businesses with responsibility for the revenue generated by the sales function. They come in a variety of guises from an Inside Sales Manager to a Field Sales Manager but largely the core responsibilities revolve around their ability to manage people, budget management and their own track record of sales. These roles have higher basic salaries than the teams they manage but this is usually balanced out by having a lower bonus or commission structure (80/20 would be a common split).
Roscommon
County Roscommon is a landlocked county in Ireland’s central north. In its centre, Strokestown Park has a Georgian Palladian mansion, plus walled gardens featuring a lily pond and a fernery. Also on site is the Irish National Famine Museum, which recounts the effects of the 1840s potato blight.
