Office Manager

Management for an office, ensuring it runs smoothly and team co-ordination is facilitated. Source vendors, negotiate local contracts, and handle the vendor/service management function for Office and HR related services.  Management of all office facilities and maintenance including services, equipment etc. Act as key contact for office regarding facilities and building management with external third parties.  Liaise with US corporate travel office. Team Culture - organise all company activities & functions. Play an integral role in building and living a great business culture. Produce high quality documentation to tight deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. Liaise with in-house IT staff to ensure set up of equipment, video conferencing and audio facilities for meetings, where required.
