This impressive market leader in B2B software solutions is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build and drive the Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer this person’s primary focus is to replicate and accelerate the growth they are experiencing in the UK and Ireland into new international markets. Candidate responsibilities You will manage and motivate the Demand Generation team and develop and create processes and methodologies to enable the generation of leads. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, you will grow the leads database and overall company revenues. You will develop platform signups that will improve not only the quantity but the quality and will convert from these channels at an acceptable conversion rate. You will provide team action plans, insights and recommendations by analysing all marketing and sales data. You will use Google Analytics and Adwords to make intelligent data driven decisions to improve lead score quality while increasing campaign goals Develop and manage all the team’s online content activity such as blogs, webinars, eBooks, to increase traffic. Develop and manage all social media and stay up to date with market trends and generate innovative ideas to draw to audience attention. Candidate requirements A Business/Marketing degree You will have 5 + years of managing a Demand Generation team in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, campaign management, digital analytics sectors. Altogether you have 8-10 digital B2B marketing experience. You have the ability to think strategically and analytically. You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
