HR Manager

HR managers are involved with recruitment, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and industrial relations. In some organisations they can be called People Operations Manager.  They are one of the most senior people within a HR Department. The HR Manager might be a stand-alone role or they may be supported by a team of HR Generalists or Specialists. Typically a HR Manager will have a minimum of five years’ experience. The salary can range greatly from €45,000 – 100,000 + though typically the salary is €65,000 – 70,000.
